Deciding to Sell


Deciding to sell your house is a major, intensive undertaking.

Every seller has a unique situation and I consider every listing on a case-to-case basis, for every seller's financial situation, motivation, tolerance for risk, timing, and homes are different.


If you're wondering where to start, here are the basic steps required to place your house on the market.

Whether you are selling in a few months or the next few years, you will likely have some questions and this guide will help lead you in the right direction.

What are the Steps of Selling a House?


There are many! too many to list, but a few key items to note would be to meet with me and I will explain the current real estate market and provide you with a comparative market analysis of the value of your house.

You'll then establish a price, prepare your home for sale and have it listed on MLS and other syndication sites.


When an offer is received, I will review it with you and once negotiations are complete and conditions are met, your house is sold!
